EEG biofeedback – diagnosis

The first meeting is a crucial step that allows us to better understand your needs and determine whether EEG biofeedback training will be an effective form of support for you. During the meeting, I conduct a detailed interview, perform a diagnostic test, and conduct an initial training session to assess your response to this method.

Based on the information collected, I develop a personalized training plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and the challenges you face – whether it's difficulty concentrating, excessive stress, sleep disorders, anxiety, or the need to improve your overall well-being.

The assessment lasts 90 minutes and is not only a starting point for further sessions, but also the moment when we begin the real work on improving your quality of life. If you decide to continue, each subsequent step will be carefully planned and tailored to your capabilities and progress.

EEG biofeedback – training

The EEG biofeedback training process is an individually tailored development path, designed based on the results of your diagnosis and your specific needs and goals. Each session is based on a personalized plan that takes into account both the nature of your reported difficulties (such as concentration problems, excessive stress, sleep difficulties, or emotional instability) and your pace and progress.

The recommended number of sessions ranges from 15 to as many as 60, depending on the complexity of the problem and the body's response to therapy. Regular sessions allow for lasting results and tangible improvements in daily functioning. Each session lasts 60 minutes and takes place in a comfortable environment, utilizing modern technologies that support neuroregulation and the development of brainpower.
