Psychological consultation

Each of us may need support at some point in our lives – when emotions begin to overwhelm, daily challenges become too much, and conversations with loved ones no longer bring relief. As a psychologist, I offer individual psychological consultations, which provide a safe space for conversation, self-understanding, and beginning the process of change.

 

The number of sessions needed is always determined individually, depending on the nature of the problem being reported, your needs, and your willingness to work on it. Typically, the first two sessions are introductory—they serve as a way for me to listen carefully, better understand your situation, and together explore the root causes of the difficulties you're struggling with.

 

After this stage – in an atmosphere of trust, acceptance and mutual understanding – we decide together whether we want to continue meetings and begin therapeutic work aimed at solving the problem or improving the quality of life.

 

The consultation lasts 50 minutes and takes place in an atmosphere of complete respect, attentiveness and understanding.
